Beth, along with her husband, Mac, founded Parrott Insurance in 1981. As the business owner, she oversees Parrott’s employer group insurance division. Beth is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and a Registered Health Underwriter.
Mac, a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, has been in the financial planning business since 1979 and holds CLU and ChFC designations. He specializes the wealth management with Parrott Financial.
Liz is a Lexington native and graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. As the current President of Parrott Insurance, Liz oversees all business operations, consults with clients on creative and effective benefit strategies, and is responsible for planning and implementing the company’s various programs.
As a registered investment advisor, and licensed securities and insurance agent, Daniel provides investment planning and life insurance solutions to clients. Daniel holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also serves as Vice President of Parrott Insurance.
Dan joined Parrott Insurance in April 2017 as a partner and oversees the agency’s Raleigh office. He develops and implements effective employee benefit strategies for business clients and is the current president of the North Carolina National Associate of Health Underwriters (NCNAHU).
Lynette is the executive administrator for Parrott Insurance, and also specializes in sales and service for life, disability, and long-term care insurance. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from High Point University.
Nora is an employee benefits specialist and manages all customer service needs for group clients including employee enrollment and education, renewals, complex claims, and billing. Nora works closely with businesses to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lisa works with small group clients to provide customized human resources support. She supports business customers with enrollments and ongoing customer service. Lisa also holds a Professional in Human Resources certificate.
Teri specializes in Health, Life, Disability, Dental, and Supplemental Benefit plans for businesses. She also helps minimize the time a small business or Human Resources Director spends handling benefits questions. A graduate of Barton College, Teri has more than 30 years experience in the employee benefits industry.
Rona joined Parrott in October 2017 to provide support to our benefit specialists. She assists with enrollments, termination of benefits, bill auditing, and the development of compliance documents. Rona is a retired educator and holds a B.A. from Western Carolina University and a Master’s from NC A&T State University.
Gilliam specializes in group benefit products including health, dental, vision, life, disability and other ancillary products. Gilliam’s extensive knowledge and experience helps clients across North Carolina find the best benefit solutions.
Teresa specializes in individual products including health insurance for individuals and families under 65, Medicare products, dental plans, and vision plans. Teresa’s provides extensive knowledge and excellent customer service to clients across North Carolina.
Raegan joined Parrott in August 2018 as an employee benefits specialist in the Raleigh office. She has 10 years of experience in group client management and a BS from the University of Mount Olive. She manages all customer service needs including employee enrollments, renewals, claims, billing and benefit questions.
As an employee benefit specialist, Kenda provides support to human resource staff and manages customer service needs for group clients. She also specializes in enrollment, billing, and claims for customers with individual health insurance. A native of Thomasville, Kenda is skilled in American Sign Language (ASL).
Kim is responsible for the overall front office activities and managing communication to ensure complete customer satisfaction. She has more than 30 years experience in customer and clerical support and has an Associate in Applied Sciences degree from Davidson County Community College.
Lynne assists Teresa with contacting clients during the Medicare Annual Election and ACA Open Enrollment periods. She has 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Her attention to detail and knowledge of health insurance processes has been integral to our agency since 2014.
Caitlin, a Catawba College graduate, joined Parrot in August 2019 as a marketing and communications coordinator. She specializes in content creation for social media, website, email, and printed resources. She also assists with team and client communications.
